Coil Iron

FLAT AND RIBBED COIL BAR

DIAMETER: 5.5 mm to 20 mm diameters (FLAT)

DIAMETER: 6 mm. with 16mm. Diameters (RIBBED)

Shipments are made in standard 2000-3000 kg coils.

It is the name given to the coiled metals used in constructions produced by winding in the form of coils. The inner diameters of the coils are 600 mm or 1000 mm.

In the coil iron production process, the billets taken to the rolling mill are heated up to 1200ºC in annealing furnaces. The scale descaler on the billets taken from the annealing furnace is cleaned with pressurized water.

The descaled billets are turned into coiled iron by passing through coarse material and cooling processes.
